At Custom Pacifiers, we stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your pacifier if you are not satisfied.
- To receive a refund, you must ship the pacifier back to us at your expense.
- Your refund will be for the amount you actually paid for the product (excluding shipping fees).
- If you used a gift card, store credit, or promotional discount, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid out-of-pocket, not the full product price.
- Returned pacifiers will be recycled in a safe and hygienic manner to promote environmental responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a defective or incorrect pacifier, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the issue.
- After verification, you will need to return the pacifier for recycling to receive a refund.
No Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges or replacements. If you'd like a different pacifier, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations:
- Due to our fast shipping process, orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the pacifier back to us using your preferred carrier.
- Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
